Nature of Agreements

Explicit agreements are about what we will accomplish together, how we will do it, and agreed-upon terms. Implicit agreements are about a shared intention and unwavering commitment to our sense of what we can realize together—even if we aren’t sure what form it will eventually take. Explicit agreements are something we grind out based on definable elements. Implicit agreements may form immediately with almost no effort, or over time as they evolve and gain potency.
