Organizational Retainer

Each year we work with several organizations interested in accelerating the development of their leaders beyond what’s possible by simply having a few people attend our programs. This designed relationship may include any combination of the following:

  • Quarterly development sessions for the executive leadership team or other senior leaders.
  • 1-on-1 coaching.
  • The creation of leadership development tools designed and written around the issues that currently matter most.
  • Futures work with the board.
  • Philanthropy membership or strategy work with the foundation.
  • Organization alchemy that brings the power of our Alembic program onsite.
