Each year I work with a single organization as a corporate intuitive. I often have an expanded sense of what’s really going on in the situations that matter most. And I also help the leadership team develop more of this intuitive capacity.
I have a unique sense of people and much of my value to the organization is accelerating the executive leadership team’s growth.
The structure of my annual retainer is simple. I design and lead development sessions, coach a small group of individuals, create innovative development tools based on current issues, and serve as confidant to the CEO.
