Most of my coaching is for CEOs with extreme demands on their time, so I work in a way that requires only a small amount of monthly scheduled time, and I frequently move sessions at the last minute to accommodate the ever-changing schedules of my clients.

In the last year, the rate of change in the world has greatly increased. Because of this, many leaders are under unprecedented demand. Greater efficiency, greater power, and greater resiliency are necessary. You can learn to do much more, in much less time, with much less effort—and you can learn to harness the increasingly dynamic and interconnected world to accomplish things that were impossible only a few years ago.
Most leaders, whether they are fully aware of it or not, are highly affected by difficult conversations and difficult people. If you've ever walked away from a tough conversation that "took a toll," you know what it feels like to experience the fear emotions of another person and experience a loss of vitality.
You can learn to be open to other people, be fully aware of the emotional space they are occupying, and stay powerfully and proactively in your own space. This is one of the most interesting aspects of emotional intelligence.
Physical vitality is only one aspect of holistic vitality. Your body may be rested, but you may be emotionally fatigued. You may be emotionally centered and balance, but lack intellectual crispness. Each of us has physical, emotional, and intellectual vitality. It is possible to assess each center of vitality and then build energy in the center most fatigued, or under the most demand.
Said more simply, you can greatly increase your impact in the world by learning about, and developing, your subtle energetic body.
We were taught to think our way through the world. But some of the most interesting capacities for decision-making, reading people, and anticipating probably outcomes stem from our intuitive abilities. Because most people have spent very little time developing their intuition, this is one of the most exciting areas of personal development.
We often associate joyfulness with the emotion of joy. But the joy consciousness transcends the body, the emotions, and the mind. In a joy consciousness, we can be joyful even when experiencing physical pain, difficult emotions, or mental fatigue.
